Under EU regulation EC 261, only flight delays, cancellations, and boarding denials are covered. If your disruption is of a different nature, it is unlikely that we would be able to help you and we would encourage you to approach the airline directly. 

Even though they may have no legal obligation to compensate you, it never hurts to ask. In addition we always encourage our clients to seek compensation from their credit card/insurance companies as most air travelers have some kind of coverage.
